 Parent Dashboard The online Parent Dashboard was developed by the MDE in collaboration with the Center for Educational Performance and Information (CEPI) to advance the State Board of Education’s vision of an easy-to-use dashboard filled with meaningful school-level data that offers a more balanced picture of school quality.

The Parent Dashboard launched January 9, 2018 after months of extensive input by parents and educators. It can be accessed on any computer or mobile device - MI School Data Parent Dashboard.

Tues., October 15 - Choir Concert - 7:00 PM - WHS Auditorium

October 16 - The PSAT/NMSQT (National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test) will be given in the aux gym.
This test is recommended for all college bound juniors. The cost of the test is $20. Please register with Ms. Robert in the principal's office by October 11. If you have any questions, feel free to see Mrs. Rennie in room C-203.

Wed., October 16 - 5:00-8:00 PM - Wayne County Community College on Northline in Taylor is hosting at Regional College Fair for students and families.
More than 50 colleges/universities and vocational training schools will be present and information will be shared on grants, loans scholarships, and FAFSA. 

If your child received Free or Reduced lunch last year, please make sure you fill out a new application this year by October 16. Applications are available in the main office or online.

Sat., October 19 - 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Are you or someone you know looking to replace a bed in your home? Now is the time. The Woodhaven High School Band is hosting a one-day Mattress Fundraiser. There will be over 25 beds on display for customers to try. The brand name mattresses are made to order, have full factory warranties, are available in all sizes, and are priced below retail. Fri., October 25 - The Woodhaven High School DECA chapter is hosting a football game to raise money and awareness for the Downriver for Veterans Organization. Shirts will be sold for this patriotic red, white and blue themed event. If you would like to purchase a long-sleeve shirt $14.00 or t-shirt $10.00. E-mail meyerl@wbsdweb.com to order shirts, or if you have any questions about this event. Please invite veterans to join us for the game. Veterans get into the game for free and there will be a tailgate before the game for veterans.

Spring Break 2020 Trip - There is still time to sign up for this trip to London, Paris, Florence, and Rome for 10 days with Mrs. Beamish. If interested, contact Mrs. Beamish. Last day to register is October 31.
   
Early/Middle College  Not only can WBSD students earn their high school diploma, but they can also earn an associate degree one year after completing high school. In partnership with the Wayne County Community College District, students may now pursue a tuition-free associate degree while attending high school. Our first cohort of students began taking classes at Wayne County's Taylor campus in September 2017. We are now into our third cohort with over 100 students well on their way to earning an associate degree. For more information on this one-of-a-kind program, visit Early/Middle College.

 Ok2Say WHAT IS OK2SAY?
OK2SAY is the student safety program which allows students to confidentially report tips on potential harm or criminal activities directed at school students, school employees, and schools. It uses a comprehensive communication system to facilitate tip sharing among students, parents, school personnel, community mental health service programs, the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, and law enforcement officials about harmful behaviors that threaten to disrupt the learning environment.
